With years of experience in Property and Finance, Esther brings deep knowledge and a strong track record of delivering outstanding results for her clients. Before founding XYZ in 2009, she built extensive expertise in loan processing, giving her a solid foundation in structuring lending solutions with accuracy, insight and care. As a business owner, property investor and renovator, Esther understands the finance journey from every angle. She created XYZ to offer a unique, personable and professional client experience—one that people remember, return to and confidently recommend to family and friends.

Esther holds a Bachelor in International Finance, a Diploma of Business Management and a Diploma in Finance Broking, and is fluent in French. Recognised as a Platinum Elite broker with the LMG Group, she is known for her commitment to excellence, her genuine support, and her ability to deliver the finance outcomes her clients are looking for.

Ambah joined our team in 2013 as a junior and through dedication, determination and a genuine passion for finance, has grown into our highly respected Senior Loans Processor & Manager. With a strong background in customer service, she is known for her thorough approach and her commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for every client.

Ambah has completed a Diploma in Business as well as a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, further strengthening her expertise and complementing her hands on industry experience. Her blend of personal experience with buying, investing and renovating along with her knowledge, care and tenacity ensures that no detail is ever overlooked.

We were thrilled to welcome Sarah to the XYZ team back in 2017. Friendly, organised, and always ready to help, Sarah brings a mix of experience from both the consumer finance and aviation industries. Even after building a successful career in aviation, her heart never left the world of finance, so we’re lucky she found her way back to it with us! 

Sarah holds a Diploma in Business and Tourism and a Certificate II in Sales Operations, and she’s currently expanding her skills by working toward her Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Brokering. Her dedication to learning means our clients always get support they can trust. 

We also know it’s not always easy to find a Justice of the Peace when you need one. That’s why we’re extra excited that Sarah is also our in-house Commissioner for Declarations, here to help with all your document certifying needs. We’re so happy to have Sarah as part of the XYZ family!

With 16 years of experience in the home loan industry and a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Brokering, Gemma brings exceptional depth, knowledge and professionalism to every client she supports. Starting her career as a junior and working her way up to Credit Manager, she has held multiple delegated lending authorities—giving her the rare ability to approve loans on behalf of lenders and a true understanding of how to structure deals for success.

Having worked on both sides of the mortgage industry, Gemma combines technical expertise with a strong customer-first approach. Her attention to detail, calm confidence and genuine care make her an incredible asset to our team and a trusted guide for clients navigating their finance journey.

A natural problem-solver, Gemma thrives on finding solutions and securing a home for every loan. Her dedication, experience and unwavering commitment to great outcomes ensure clients feel supported, informed and in very capable hands.

Hannah joined XYZ Finance in early 2025, bringing with her more than nine years of experience across the Finance and Property industries. With a background spanning mortgage broking support, real estate and customer service, Hannah has quickly become an integral part of our team.

Highly qualified, Hannah holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and a Diploma of Leadership and Management. She is also a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) and a licensed Real Estate Agent, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both sides of the lending and property journey.

Customer-focused to her core, Hannah is known for her exceptional communication, attention to detail and her unwavering commitment to giving every client the best possible experience. She prides herself on going above and beyond, ensuring her clients feel supported, informed and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process.
