With a background of more than 8 years in Property and Finance, Esther has a wealth of experience in delivering the right results for her clients time and time again. As a business owner, property investor and renovator, she is an expert in her field.

From humble beginnings in admin roles, Esther's passion and determination saw her progress swiftly through the ranks finally landing a General Management role in one of Queenslands leading finance groups.

Esther holds a Bachelor in International Finance, Diploma of Business Management and Certificate 4 in Finance Broking, not to mention she is fluent in French.

A very enterprising young lady who, after many years working as a Finance Broker, has just launched her own company XYZ Finance. Her driving force has been to provide the most talked about and unique service experience possible to all clients requiring finance as a way to secure their dream! An experience they will remember, come back for and tell all their family and friends about.

Meaghan - Director

It was not long after XYZ launched in August that we realised we needed another amazingly intelligent finance guru to help fulfil our clients’ needs.
 
We searched high and low as only the best (and we mean the best!!) would do. We have exceptionally high standards here at XYZ that we always want to maintain. We believe our attention to detail and timely process is mission critical to the success of our business and the happiness of our clients (and boy do we love happy, smiling clients!)
 
So after many long days, long nights, weeks and weeks passed until finally we found our little gem; another sparkling young entrepreneur just waiting to break free, we were so excited!
 
Introducing, yet another XYZ girl, Meaghan Deane.
 
Meaghan brings to XYZ exceptional finance and mortgage management knowledge from her extensive exposure and time in both. Meaghan managed VIC, SA and WA accounts with one of Australia’s largest non bank lenders, settling millions of dollars every month. Previous to this she was a General Manager with one of QLD’s largest finance lending groups; we told you we found a little gem and a smart cookie too!

As a passionate investor, property owner and global traveller, she is always happy to share her experiences for the benefit of the clients.
 
Meaghan's attention to detail and organisational skills leave any Blackberry or organiser for dead, so we are certain we will all benefit immensely from having her around.

Sarah - Lending Support

As XYZ Finance was growing and expanding rapidly we set out to find another gem to join this wonderful team. We thought long and hard and decided as Meaghan is so fantastic and dedicated, we would keep it in the family.
 
With a Bachelor of Business majoring in Financial Economics and a Certificate 4 in Business sales our new addition, Sarah Deane, is well prepared for this role.
 
She has travelled to Asia, Africa and Europe and is an avid property investor with a love of life and sport. Her thirst for knowledge ensures she is at the forefront of the financial industry and always ready to provide any help and guidance.
 
Her time spent working for one of the big four banks in finance and debt management means she has a myriad of valuable experiences to draw on when helping you achieve your financial goals.
 
With great determination, organization and a friendly smile she is always ready to help with your financial needs.
